(1) The MOS amplifier shown below are biased with a current source formed by M1, M2 and M3. The size of each transistor is labelled in the figure. Assume nCox = 100 A/V2, Vtn = 1 V and n = 0.01 V-1 for the NMOS; and
pCox = 50 A/V2, Vtp = .1 V and p = 0.02 V-1 for the PMOS.
(a)
