Answer:
(a) Air waybill AWB
The Air Waybill (AWB) is the single most important document for a batch of air freight goods. It is both a contract for transportation between a carrier and a shipper (or an freight forwarder representing a shipper) and a receipt and delivery of the shipments. An air waybill is also used for freight bill calculation, customs declaration, and specific information on handling the shipment.
(b) Substitute AWB
Substitute AWB is used when the original AWB is missing; a substitute AWB would be used for urgent goods after obtaining the signature of the consignee on the substitute AWB;
(c) Neutral AWB
An AWB is called a neutral AWB if the (air) carrier is not specified in the air waybill.
